Greg Westlake scored a natural hat-trick to power Canada to a 5-0 win over Japan at the 2009 World Sledge Hockey Challenge in Charlottetown, P.E.I.

Benoit St-Amand and Corbin Watson shared the shutout for Canada, turning aside all 11 shots directed their way.

Jeremy Booker and Bradley Bowden had the other goals for Canada, who finished the round-robin portion of the tournament with a perfect 3-0 record, moving them into Saturday's gold medal game against the United States.

The Americans finished with a 2-1 record following a 3-0 win over Norway. Alexi Salamone scored twice and Steve Cash stopped four shots for his second shutout of the tournament.

Canada is the back-to-back defending champions at this event.

Japan will face Norway for the bronze medal, also on Saturday.
