Russian men claim World Cup sprint relay win

RYBINSK, Russia - Russia's Nikolay Morilov, fresh from claiming the individual sprint title, and team-mate Alexei Petukhov won the men's World Cup team sprint relay here on Sunday.

The Russian pair clocked 14min 52.2sec around the 6 x 1.3km course to finish just 0.6sec ahead of Italian duo Fabio Pasini and Loris Frasnelli.

Germany's team of Tim Tscharnke and Josef Wenzl were third after crossing the line 5.2sec behind the winners.
